What We Do
docology is the AI-powered workflow layer between your fax machine and your EMR. When medical documents are received, we automatically capture, classify, and integrate them to the correct patient chart. Then, the docology AI reads every page to generate a concise HPI summary and medical timeline for each patient.

The People Behind docology
Andrew Rogers
Andrew Rogers is a serial entrepreneur with experience building and operating service and technology businesses. He has founded and scaled multiple ventures, including a commercial services company, a consulting practice focused on product strategy, technology enablement, and operational execution for early-stage startups, and an Inc. 5000 financial services company. At docology, Andrew leads company strategy, product development, investor relations, and enterprise growth initiatives applying an operator’s mindset to building AI-powered workflow automation that integrates cleanly into existing clinical and administrative processes.
Sida Niu, MD
Sida is a board-certified urologist who helps translate real-world clinical needs into practical AI solutions that streamline physician workflows. He attended the University of Kansas where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with distinction. He received his medical degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center where he also completed his residency in urology. In practice, Sida focuses on advanced, minimally invasive urologic care in high-volume clinical environments, giving him firsthand insight into the documentation and referral intake challenges that clinicians and practices face daily. His clinical experience informs the design and development of docology’s AI-powered platform, ensuring it meaningfully improves efficiency and supports better patient care.
Tyler W.G. Hamik
Tyler brings a passion for creating a company culture that listens to their employees & customers needs above all else. His expertise is derived from his AI/ML certifications received from The Wharton School at UPenn & Rutgers University, which coupled with his experience in strategic enterprise software sales & implementations helps to set docology’s customers up for success on day 1. Combining this unique background, he is perfectly suited to guide private practice leadership through the complex change management of AI software implementation & educating the industry on how the AI revolution is going to improve the lives of providers & the clinical/operations teams that support them.
Alex DeBrie
Alex is an engineer and author known for helping teams build reliable, high-scale systems. Before docology, Alex ran a technical consultancy where advised companies across healthcare, finance, and enterprise software on data modeling and distributed system design. He is also the author of The DynamoDB Book, a widely used guide to data modeling and performance optimization. At docology, he brings deep experience in AI, infrastructure, and workflow automation to help providers streamline clinical operations with clarity and precision.
Emily Foutch
Emily completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln before earning her master’s degree in speech-language pathology from the University of Kansas. With diverse clinical experience across more than a dozen facilities nationwide, she bridges the gap between technology and everyday practice, helping physicians and clinic teams integrate AI solutions with clarity, efficiency, and confidence.
Kelly Melton
Kelly is a certified consultant and accomplished product leader with a proven track record in healthcare technology, care coordination platforms, and strategic product development. Kelly specializes in identifying care delivery gaps, shaping product strategy, and enabling data driven decisions that improve patient outcomes. In her time at McKesson and Humana, Kelly led the development of innovative healthcare solutions, streamlined operations, and advanced clinical product portfolios. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisville and is both a SAFe Certified Product Owner and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
Holly Babitzke
Holly brings a strong background in business operations, systems implementation, and client onboarding, with experience supporting healthcare organizations and growing startups. She specializes in optimizing workflows, supporting enterprise software implementations, and training teams across a variety of platforms. Holly thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys helping clients and internal teams adopt new solutions smoothly and effectively.
